Breakfast At The Inn of Many Faces

"Happy and successful cooking doesn't rely only on know-how; it comes from the heart, makes great demands on the palate and needs enthusiasm and a deep love of food to bring it to life."

-Georges Blanc

I love the "tried and true" on an heirloom French Toast "Pan Per-Du" recipe as well as the endless quest to see just how many different ways there to prepare eggs!  Our guest book is full of enthusiasm for out breakfast table and afternoon tea sweets.  When I read the above quote it struck home.  Our entire Inn is about heart and enthusiasm for life and its multitude of simple pleasures.

Dining at The Inn of Many Faces, Victorian Bed & Breakfast, a Texas Bed and Breakfast, with southern hospitality will become one of the most treasured memories of your visit.

Good food and good conversation often go hand in hand

We serve a full, gourmet country breakfast seating between 8:30 and 9:00. An early continental-style, breakfast is available for the business guest. They are generous in portion, made from farm-fresh eggs and fresh produce, fruits and vegetables are seasonally fresh from Denison's Local Farmer's Market.  Fresh herbs from the Inn's garden are used in season.  The smell of French toast or scones baking wafts up the two staircases every morning. We offer two choices of main course daily, one sweet and one savory, each accompanied by Louisiana-style peppered bacon or sausage. The dishes may be a Cinnamon French Toast with Stein's syrup, Artichoke Asparagus Strata, Heart shaped poached or Eggs in a basket with Hash Brown Potatoes, home grown Pecan Pancakes with warm Banana Foster Sauce, Sausage & Peppers Quiche or another of our delectable choices. Fresh fruit, our specialty roast coffee, and hot teas accompany all our breakfasts.

For those who require a lighter breakfast, a selection of cereals and yogurt is always available.  For those who require special dietary consideration, please be sure to let us know when you make your reservation. We are happy to prepare vegetarian, low-fat, and low-sugar, gluten free breakfasts for those who let us know in advance of their arrival.
